Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, Maintenance Technicians, Production Administrator Leads, Onsite Associate Recruiters, Human Resource Specialist, Administrative Assistant, Workforce Management Specialist, RTH Cooks, managerial employees, office clerical employees, guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
