Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Sprinkler Fitters, Sprinkler Technicians, Sprinkler Technician Helpers, and Sprinkler Inspection Technicians employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 2820 Thatcher Road, Downers Grove, IL. Excluded: All other employees, Sprinkler Superintendents, office clerical employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that an Alarm Technician who performs Sprinkler Technician work may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. April 3, 2026No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
