Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Warehouse Associates, Warehouse Associate IIs, Assistant Automation Maintenance Technicians, Machine Operator Is, and Machine Operator IIs employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 16427 West Prologis Parkway, Lockport, Illinois. Excluded: All other employees, Warehouse Trainers, Safety Coordinators, temporary employees, seasonal employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, professional employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Team Leads, Marketing Fulfillment Coordinators, and Warehouse Associates/Mechanics may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
