Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time teachers employed by the Employer at its Quincy and Tallahassee Florida facilities, who were employed during the payroll period ending January 5, 2009. but excluding the center directors, managerial employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, cooks and all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. All ballots will be commingled and counted at the conclusion of the 2nd session in the Leon County facility. 1st Session: Employer's Gadsden County facility, located at 365 East Crawford St., Quincy, FL 32351 Time & Place: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Staff Lounge 2nd Session: Employer's Leon County facility, located at 240 Mabry Street, Tallahassee, FL 32304 Time & Place: 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Staff Lounge.
