Section B. The bargaining unit includes only the full-time and regularly employed part-time maintenance, service, LPN, clerical, and technical employees including those at the locations listed in Section A., and those listed in Appendix A and shall specifically exclude, among others, the following: *Physcians *Registered Nurses *Supervisory Personnel with authority to hire, discharge, promote, or discipline, or to recommend hiring, discharging, promotion or disciplining *Lexington Office Employees *Confidential Personnel *Administrative Personnel *Professional Personnel Proposed Clarification: All LPNs employed by the Employer at its clinic at Beckley Medical Associates (f/k/a Southern West Virginia Clinic) in Beckley, West Virginia, should be included in the bargaining unit, including those LPNs working in the office of Dr. Wiseman. The Petitoner requests that the NLRB clarify and find that the unit includes those LPNs.
