Excluded: All other employees covered by other collective bargaining agreements with a duplicative list of inclusions, office clerical employees, maintenance personnel (e.g., Maintenance Engineers), transportation personnel (e.g., Drivers, Driver-Technicians), clerical personnel (e.g., Messengers, management/supervisory personnel, Associate Producers, Unit Managers, Technical Managers), and security personnel, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
