Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, Ohio facility, including nurse aides, rehabilitation aides, physical therapy aides, occupational therapy aides, transport aides, activity assistants, van drivers, ward clerks, central supply employees, dietary employees, hot sekeeping employees, laundry employees, and maintenance employees. Excluded: but excluding all office clerk I employees, receptionists, medical records employees, licensed social workers, licensed physical therapy ssistants, certified occupational therapy assistants, massotherapist, dietary technician, dietary supervisors, registered dieticians, activity directors, managers, POC coordinator, quality assurance nurses, Director of Nutrition, housekeeping/laundry supervisors, nursing supervisors, Assistant POC Coordinator, licensed practical nurses (LPNs), registered nurses (RNs), vocational students, nurse aide trainees , technical employees and confidential employees, and all professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
