Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time maintenance workers, maintenance technicians and Agency Support Workers (ASW's), including All Clerk I's, Financial Collection Clerks, Accounting Clerks, Receptionists and Secretaries, employed at the Employer's facilities located at 530 South Main Street, Lima, Ohio; 1941 Carlin Street, Findlay, Ohio; and 720 Armstrong Street, St. Marys, Ohio, but excluding all managerial employees and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, including Business Director, Program Director, Quality Assurance Coordinator, Case Management Coordinator, Clerical Coordinator, Personnel Administrator, Fiscal Coordinator, Maintenance Specialist, Program Supervisors, Clerks 2, and all professional employees as defined in the Act including Clinicians, Substance Abuse Counselors, Clinical Intake Specialists, Nurses, Therapeutic Foster Care Coordinators and Case Managers 3, Counselors, Community Support Providers, Social Workers, Prevention Specialists and MIS Coordinators, all confidential employees as defined by the Act, including Business Administration Secretary and Program Administration Secretary, all guards, independent contractors, and all other employees not expressly included.
