Excluded: Professional employees, RNs, Managers, Supervisors, Department Heads, Confidential employees, including Medical Records, Physical Therapy, Assistants, Respiratory Therapists, Social Workers, Technicians, and 35% of LPNs and guards as defined in the Act.
