Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees in the classifications of Benefits Coordinator, Branch Family Specialist, CCR Family Specialist, Community Engagement Coordinator, Data Coordinator, Family Specialist, Regional Coach Ohio KAN, Regional Coordinator Ohio KAN, Statewide Facilitator, Trainer, and Youth Navigator Network Coach employed by the Employer out of its 1427 E. 36th St, Suite 4203F, Cleveland, Ohio facility, Excluded: All managerial employees, temporary and confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the individual(s) in the classification of KinFirst Coordinator may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their inclusion or exclusion from the bargaining unit has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individual(s) in this classification are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The inclusion or exclusion of the individual(s) from the unit will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
