Voting Unit (Unit A):All employees in the classifications of packaging operator, sanitation technician, retort batchmaker, floater, capper operator, retort filler operator, warehouse technician, depal operator, warehouse sanitation associate, retort load operator, retort operator, retort packaging operator, filler operator, retort unload operator, food prep, batchmaker, retort capper operator, batchmaker lead, tomato preparation, lead sanitation technician, 1st shift line lead, 2nd shift line lead, production support, quality assurance technician, quality control technician, and supply chain quality technician employed by the Employer at its 500 McClurg Road, Ohio facility, but excluding all employees in the classifications of transfer driver warehouse, truck driver warehouse technician, warehouse driver floater, and all temporary employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees.
