Unit Description: Included: The term "employee" as used in this Agreement applies to all employees occupying Clerical, Non-Technician and Technician jobs in the International Office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and in the International's branch office in Washington, D.C. The term "employee" as used in this Agreement also applies to all District clerical employees Excluding: Canada, each District Director's personal secretary, and each Special Assistant to the International President's personal secretary. Excluded: The term "employee" does not apply to the International Officers, Assistants to the International Officers, Department and Section Supervisors, Assistants to Department Supervisors, Personnel Administrator, International Representatives, Attorneys assigned to the Legal Depaitment, District Organizers, Confidential Employees, Temporary, or Casual Employees, and all Employees covered by the collective bargaining agreements between the International Union and the Staff Representatives' Union (SRU), Grant Staff Employees Unit of SRU (GSEU), COPE Local 343, COPE Local 574, or any other individual employed by the International Union at any other location not set forth herein. 6a.
