Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time Troubleman, Lead Lineworkers, Lineworkers, Lead Meter Readers, Meter Readers, Lead Electricians, Electricians, Storekeepers, Revenue Operations Collectors, Meter Technicians, Building Mechanics, Lead Garage Mechanics, and Garage Mechanics employed by the Employer at its Elkins, WV facility; but excluding estimators, power plant employees, local representatives, casual employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, IBEW, AFL CIO, Local Union 2357, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit currently represented by International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, IBEW, AFL CIO, Local Union 2357 consisting of all employees employed by the Employer including lead lineworkers, lead electricians, and crew leaders, but excluding estimators, power plant employees, local representatives, casual employees, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act (as amended) as certified in N.L.R.B. Case Nos. 6-RC-6339, 4867, 6451 and 12770. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
