Unit Description: Currently, employees previously represented in a unified production and maintenance unit certified in Case No. 05-RC-1553941 at the Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, PA, are now represented in two bargaining units defined as follows: 1. Those employees hired by Akima Facility Operations, LLC, to perform work at Letterkenny who were previously represented by the Petitioner while employed by the predecessor employer. 2. Those employees hired by Tesla Laboratories, Inc., to perform work at Letterkenny who were previously represented by the Petitioner while employed by the predecessor employer. The proposed unit is as follows: All regular full-time and part-time production and maintenance employees solely employed by Akima Facility Operations, LLC, or jointly employed by Akima Facility Operations, LLC and Tesla Laboratories, Inc., at Letterkenny Army Depot located in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, but excluding all office, clerical, professional, managerial, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
