Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem registered nurses in the following classifications performing bedside nursing duties: Clinical Nurse Float Per Diem A GF, Clinical Nurse Float Per Diem B GF, Clinical Nurse Float Per Diem C GF, Clinical Nurse Unit Based PD A GF, Clinical Nurse Unit Based PD B GF, Clinical Nurse Unit Based Per Diem, Clinical Nurse Coord PAT [Pre-Anesthesia Testing], Clinical Nurse Float GF, Clinical Nurse Float Pool, Clinical Nurse I, Clinical Nurse II, Clinical Nurse III, Clinical Nurse IV, Clinical Nurse OR Perm Call, Lactation Consultants, RN Inpatient Case Managers serving Franklin Square patients, RN Utilization Review, and RN WOCN/ET, who are employed by the Employer at its acute-care hospital located at 9000 Franklin Square Dr., Baltimore, MD, but excluding all other employees, physicians, professional employees, technical employees, service and maintenance employees, business office clerical employees, skilled maintenance employees, RNs who work in outpatient clinics that are housed within the acute-care hospital facility located at 9000 Franklin Square Dr., Advanced Practice Providers (including but not limited to Nurse Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, and CRNAs), Cardiology Nurse Program Coordinator, Case Managers, Childbirth Educators, Clinical Informatics Nurse Specialist, Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator I, Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator III, Clinical Nurse II Ambulatory Infusion, Clinical Nurse II Ambulatory Wound, Clinical Nurse II Ambulatory, CTO Lead Care Mgr RN, Education Specialist, Magnet Coordinator, Nursing Coordinator Bloodless Medicine, Nursing Professional Dev Spec, Nurse Residency Coordinator/NPD Spec, Project Coord Patient Care, RN Case Manager Occupational Health, RN First Assistants, RN Inpatient Case Managers reporting through other entities, RN Project Mgr Pop & Comm Health, RN Psychiatric Transfer Coordinator, RN Stroke Coordinator, RN Utilization Review Team Lead, Remote/telehealth nurses regardless of classification, Transplant nurses, Nurse administrators, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
