Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees of the Employer employed in the Engineering department, Design department, Product Management department, Growth department, Innovation department, and Marketing and Communications department. Excluded: All employees employed in the People department, Finance department, Contracts and Legal department, Account Management department, and IT department, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, managerial employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the following classifications may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not yet been resolved: Project Manager; Senior Project Manager; Senior Product Manager; Delivery Operations Lead; Delivery Operations SME; Principal, PMO; and Product Operations Manager. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility and inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
