Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Electrical Assemblers, Internal Movements Team Leaders, Kitting Team Leaders, Mechanical Installers, Production Team Leaders, Quality Control Inspectors, Senior Testing Technicians, Shipping and Receiving Team Leaders, Testing Technicians, Warehouse Associates, and Warehouse Team Leaders employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 16650 Halfway Boulevard in Hagerstown, Maryland. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, maintenance employees, temporary employees, seasonal employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
