Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time nonprofessional employees including Donor Data Coordinators, Environmental Educators, Registrars, Exhibitions and Art Programs Managers, Land Stewardship Coordinators, Land Coordinators, Facilities Managers, Receptionists, Nature Preschool Substitute Teachers, Nature Preschool Assistant Teachers and Sprouts Teachers employed by the Employer at the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Excluded: All other employees, Camp Counselors, seasonal employees, casual employees, temporary employees, security employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the Nature Preschool Lead Teachers, Assistant Directors of Wildlife Rehabilitation and Wildlife Rehabilitation Assistants may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or group are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
