Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time, regular part-time and eligible per-diem professional employees employed by the Employer at its facility located 562 Wyoming Avenue, Kingston, PA in the following job classifications: Drug and Alcohol Therapist, Inpatient Therapist, Physician Assistant, Psychologist, Psych Allied Therapist, Senior Admissions Coordinator, Senior Inpatient Therapist and Teacher Childrens Partial. Excluded: All other employees, including registered nurses, skilled maintenance employees, service and maintenance employees, technical employees, confidential employees, physicians, residents, central business office employees, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discharge management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance and/or quality management nurses, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
