Voting Unit (Unit A):Professional Employees Unit: Group A INCLUDED: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem professional employees working for the Employer at its facility located at 900 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607, in the following classifications: Associate Curator, Eastman Museum LA; Archivist, Stills, Posters, and Papers Collection; Assistant Curator, Digital Collection; Assistant Curator, Photography; Collection Manager and Archivist; Head, Collection Information, Research & Access; Preservation Manager; Assistant Conservator; Assistant Curator, Selznick School; Grants Manager; Associate Curator, Projects & Dept Research; Assistant Librarian; and Digital Asset Coordinator. EXCLUDED: All non-professional employees, confidential employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act including supervisors and/or managers in the following classifications: Senior Director, Marketing & Engagement; Special Events Dir (Senior Director, Special Events); Collection Manager, Department of Photography; Curator of Film Exhibitions; Curator, George Eastman Collection; Head of Library & Archives; Manager, Visitor Experience Operations; Curator, Technology Collection; Director of Information Technology; Director of Annual Giving; Conservator in Charge; Head Preparator; Senior Director, Exhibitions, Publishing & Design; and Eatery Manager; and all other employees.
