EXCLUDED: All managerial employees, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Petitioner, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing plant employees collective bargaining unit currently represented by Rochester Regional Joint Board, Workers United as set forth in the parties’ current collective bargaining agreement. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
