Voting Unit (Unit A):Brattleboro Family Medicine and Putney Family Healthcare: Included: All full-time, part-time, and per diem* non-professional employees in the classifications of: Certified Medical Assistant, Medical Assistant, Patient Service Representative employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 21 Belmont Avenue, Brattleboro, VT and 79 Main Street, Putney, VT. Excluded: All physicians, registered nurses, professional employees, technical employees, business office clerical employees, skilled maintenance employees, confidential employees, managers, guards, supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. *For the purposes of eligibility in this election, per-diem employees in both voting units must have worked an average of four (4) hours per week during the thirteen (13) weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election in order to be eligible to vote.

Voting Unit (Unit B):Other healthcare facilities: INCLUDED: All full-time, part-time, and per diem non-professional employees in the classifications of: Certified Medical Assistant, Medical Assistant, Patient Service Representative employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 19 Belmont Avenue, Brattleboro, VT, 17 Belmont Avenue, Brattleboro, VT, 63 Belmont Avenue, Brattleboro, VT and 580 Canal Street, Brattleboro, VT.
