Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time, regular part-time, and regular per diem licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, housekeeping/porters, dietary aides, cooks, activities aides, rehabilitation aides, maintenance employees, receptionists, and unit clerks employed by the Employer at its Minoa, New York facility; but excluding all business office clerical employees, physical therapy assistants, certified occupational therapy assistants, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physical therapists, staffing coordinator, nurse aide trainees/unit helpers, dieticians, diet technicians, registered nurses, social workers, admissions screeners, watchmen, guards, and all other professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. The parties agree that for the purpose of eligibility in this election, regular per diem employees must work an average of four hours or more per week over the thirteen weeks preceding the payroll period for eligibility date in order to be eligible.
