Voting Unit (Unit A):VOTING GROUP-UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT) Included: All professional employees, including those who work remotely, including faculty, including instructors, and adjuncts, librarians, assistant librarians, student accessibility services/staff therapists, and musical theater accompanists employed by the Employer at its New York, NY campus. Excluded: All other employees, including the non-professional employees listed in Voting Group B, seasonal employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Voting Unit (Unit B):VOTING GROUP-UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT) Included: All non-professional employees, including those working remotely, employed by the Employer as teaching assistants, coordinators, admissions counselors, admissions representatives, advertising strategists, audio engineers, enrollment advisors, technical assistants, financial aid administrators, front desk receptionists, marketing coordinators, operations assistants, prop room assistants, registrar assistants, registrar file clerks, registrar office assistants, senior equipment room supervisors, SEO copywriter and content strategists, study abroad admissions associates, and undergraduate outreach specialist, employed by the Employer at its New York, NY campus. Excluded: All other employees, including the professional employees listed in Voting Group A, mailing supervisors, seasonal employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. OTHERS PERMITTED TO VOTE: The parties have agreed that the Associate Director of Operations and the Room Facilitator may vote in the election under Unit B, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications are included in or excluded from the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, if their votes are determinative, their eligibility will be decided in a post-election proceeding before the Regional Di rector.
