Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All attending physicians (excluding employees who worked an average of less than twenty (20) hours per week during the preceding calendar quarter (13 weeks)) (See ATTACHMENT A) employed by the Employer at its facilities located at Jacobi Medical Center, 1400 Pelham Parkway South, Bronx, NY 10461, and at North Central Bronx Hospital, 3424 Kossuth Avenue, Bronx, NY 10467, during the payroll period ending Friday, November 7, 2008. EXCLUDED: All other employees including all session and retainer physicians (defined as those Employees who are paid on an hourly basis and who receive an hourly salary, who do not receive benefits, who do not have a regular schedule and who generally work an average of less than 20 hours per week), the Medical Director, Associate Medical Director Jacobi, Associate Medical Director NCB, Medical Director of Managed Care, Department Chairs of Anesthesiology, Behavioral Health, Emergency, Family Medicine, Medicine, Neurology, Nuclear Medicine, OB/GYN, Pathology, Pediatrics, Radiology, Rehab Medicine and Surgery, Vice (Associate) Chair of each Department listed above, Chief Academic Officer, NYMA Board Members, Division Director positions currently held by individuals not listed on Attachment A, and other managerial employees and all guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
