Assoc of Teachers Assoc (MATAA) is recognized collective bargaining agent The Accounting Manger, the Word Processing Center Supervisor, the Legal Administrative Supervisor, the Printing Supervisor and supervisors as defined and/or interpreted in the National Labor Relations Act Confidential employees as defined and/or interpreted in the National Labor Relatins Act. Security and guard employees as defined in the National Labor Relations Act Petitioner Massachusetts Teachers Association Staff Organization seeks to have clarified that the employees performing political-legislative clerk-grassroots campgain duties is included in the bargaining unit
