Voting Unit (Unit A):VOTING GROUP – UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT): Included: All full-time and regular part time professional library employees employed by Trustees of Tufts College at locations in Medford, MA, Boston, MA, and Grafton, MA, including employees in the following titles: Affiliate Librarian, Assistant Librarian, Associate Librarian, eResources & Serials Librarian, International Business Librarian, Metadata Services Librarian, Research & Instruction and Data Librarian, Research & Instruction Librarian, Research and Instruction Librarian, Research Data Librarian, Research Librarian, Senior Librarian and Instructor, Studio Manager, and User Experience Librarian. Excluded: All confidential employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees. VOTING GROUP – UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): Included: All full-time and regular part time non-professional library employees employed by Trustees of Tufts College at locations in Medford, MA, Boston, MA, and Grafton, MA, including employees in the following titles: Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, Collections and Research Assistant, Collections Assistant, Digital Initiatives, Digital Media Specialist, Interlibrary Loan Coordinator, Library Assistant, Library Assistant III/Senior Library Assistant, Library Assistant Manager (Hirsh), Library Coordinator, Library Coordinator/Evening/Weekend Coordinator, Library Reference Assistant, Program Assistant, and Special Collections Assistant.
