Unit Description: VOTING GROUP A - PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem professional employees in the following positions: registered nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech therapists employed by the Employer at its 150 University Drive, Amherst, Massachusetts facility. Excluded: All non-professional employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act and all other employees. VOTING GROUP B - NON-PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem non-professional employes in the following positions: activities aides, dietary chefs, licensed practical nurses, occupational therapy assistants, physical therapy assistants, and receptionists employed by the Employer at its 150 University Drive, Amherst, Massachusetts facility. Excluded: All confidential employees, office clerical employees, managers, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act and all other employees. In the event the majority of the voting professional employees (Voting Group A) vote to be included in a unit with nonprofessional employees (Voting Group B), the following combined unit is appropriate. OR COMBINED UNIT Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem professional employees and non-professional employes in the following positions: registered nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, activities aides, dietary chefs, licensed practical nurses, occupational therapy assistants, physical therapy assistants, and receptionists employed by the Employer at its 150 University Drive, Amherst, Massachusetts facility.
