Christal Key
Judge
Judge Key was appointed as an NLRB judge in May 2022. Previously she served as a Social Security Judge for six years. Before joining Social Security, Judge Key spent 22 years as a trial attorney in the Board’s Saint Louis and New Orleans regional offices. She received her Bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Rockhurst College and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas.
