Unit Sought: Inclusions: All full-time and regular part-time Dealers employed by the Employer at Harrah's Hoosier Park, located at 4500 Dan Patch Circle, Anderson, Indiana 46013. Exclusions: All other employees, all employees represented by a union pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement, DR Table Games Supervisors, Managers, office clericals, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, to be included in the existing recognized unit of the Certified Nursing Assistants, Dietary Employees, Housekeepers Employees, Laundry Employees, Activity Aides, Rehab Aids, and Floor Techs. Excluded: all confidential employees, managers, and supervisors as defined by the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time electricians and apprentices employed by the employer from its facility located at 19935 W. 162nd St., Olathe, KS 66062. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, confidential employees,guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
