Unit Sought: Petitioner seeks an Armour-Globe / self-determination election to add the Facilities Coordinator, Systems Assistant-Facilities, and Environment of Care Coordinator to the existing Petitioner-­represented bargaining unit, currently described as follows: All employees who are employed as Maintenance Engineer Leads, Maintenance Engineers (including Carpenters, Locksmiths, Door Specialists), Painters, Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Mechanics, and Maintenance Trainees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time electricians and apprentices employed by the employer from its facility located at 712 Squire Court, Grain Valley, MO 64029. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time case managers, clinic operations specialists, enrollment specialists, medical assistants, medical records staff, referral case managers, behavioral health professionals, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and psychiatrists employed at the Westminster Clinic. Excluded: All other employees, including office clerical employees including office technicians, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act, as well as temporary employees, locum tenens employees, independent contractors, and per diem employees.
