Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time (including eligible per diem) technical employees who have worked an average of at least four hours per week during the 13-week period preceding the direction of an election by the Regional Director and are still on the payroll at the time of voting. Excluded: All other employees, including managers, supervisors, confidential employees, guards, and physicians.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time batchmen/plant managers employed by the Employer at its East 96th Street, West 96th Street, Morris Street, and post Road ready-mix plants. Excluded: Clerical employees, dispatchers, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
