No Fear Act

On May 15, 2002, President Bush signed legislation called the No FEAR Act (Notification and Federal Anti-Discrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002). This law became effective on October 1, 2003. The primary purpose of the Act is to improve agency accountability for antidiscrimination and whistleblower laws.

Affirmative Action Plan

This report captures the NLRB’s affirmative action plan for persons with disabilities (PWD) and persons with targeted disabilities (PWTD).  EEOC regulations (29 C.F.R. § 1614.203(e)) and MD-715 require agencies to describe how their affirmative action plan will improve the recruitment, hiring, advancement, and retention of applicants and employees with disabilities.

Service Contract Inventories

Acquisitions Management Branch submits to the Office of Federal Procurement Policy/OMB the NLRB’s Service Contract Inventories pursuant to Section 743 of the FY 2010 Consolidated Appropriations Act, Public Law 111-117. Inventories provide information on service contract actions over $25,000.
