The National Labor Relations Board is currently in shutdown/furlough due to a lapse in appropriations. NLRB headquarters and all field offices are closed. This website remains available to the public but is not actively maintained during the shutdown. Accordingly, the E-Filing applications (E-Filing, Online Charge and Petition, and My Account Portal) remain available. Documents E-filed during the shutdown will be processed once normal operations resume. 
 
Please note that due dates to file or serve most documents continue to be tolled during the period of the shutdown. However, the due dates for filing unfair labor practice charges and certain representation petitions cannot be tolled. Click here for more information.

Ley de Libertad de Información

La Ley de Libertad de Información (FOIA, por sus siglas en inglés), 5 U.S.C. § 552, exige a los organismos federales, tales como la NLRB, que divulguen los registros que pueden hacerse públicos o que retengan registros o información exenta en respuesta a una solicitud por escrito. Las agencias pueden retener registros si los registros están protegidos de ser divulgados por una de las nueve excepciones específicas de la Ley FOIA.

Antes de presentar una solicitud de registros FOIA, visite nuestra Biblioteca electrónica FOIA para ver qué registros de la NLRB están disponibles en la página web de nuestra Agencia. Si después de eso aún necesita el registro, puede presentar una solicitud FOIA por las siguientes vías:
