Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included:All full time, regular part time and PRN registered nurses. Excluded: All office clerical employees, service and maintenance employees, technical employees, licensed practical nurses, other professional employees, physicians, guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees of the Employer; as certified by the National Labor Relations Board in Case No. 18-RC-16026.

Unit Sought: Included: Social Worker case managers and RN care coordinators. Excluded: All employees currently represented in another bargaining agreement unit.
