Unit Sought: Included: All employees of the Employer including Retail Sales Consultants and Retail Sales Support staff working in the Optimum Walk In Center at 443 86th Street, Brooklyn NY. Excluded: All confidential and managerial employees, supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.

The petitioner requests an Armour-Globe election take place such that the above unit of employees, if they vote for representation, be included with the below existing unit represented by the Petitioner.
