Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Pharmacists*, Pharmacy Technicians, Lead Pharmacy Technicians, and Technicians in Training, employed by the Employer at its facility located at 121 W Neider Ave. Coeur D Alene, ID 83815 (store# 1470). Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, guards, confidential employees, managerial employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act. *Pharmacists are considered professional employees and are expected to vote via Sonotone election procedures where the Pharmacists first vote on whether or note to be included with the Pharmacy Technicians in a mixed bargaining unit, and then vote on whether or not to join the Pharmacy Guild.
