Personal Computer Technicians, and Computer Support technicians employed by the Employer, LEIDOS Inc., working under the LEIDOS Service Delivery Managers, Michael Veillette, Rebecca Zimmerman, and Lowell Nail at the Kennedy Space center on the Marshall Space Flight Centers' (NEST) NASA End-users Service & Technology Contract. These PC Support Technicians share a community of interest through the (NEST) NASA End-users Service & Technology Contract. They all meet the language of the Law, under the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) as a Service Contract Employee.
