Unit Sought: Eight (8) radiological control technicians employed by MCSA at its Kevil location in McCracken County, KY at the Paducah gaseous diffusion plant location seek to be included in the existing bargaining unit at this facility certified as United Steelworkers Local Union 00550-05 of approximately 200+ employees for all regular full-time and regular part-time radiological control technicians, dosimetry personnel and excluding all office clerical and confidential employees, department managers, guards, professional employees or supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: included: All employees performing guard duties as defined in section 9(b)(3) of the national labor relations act, employed by Trinity Health Michigan at Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital located at 200 Jefferson ??e SE, Grand Rapids ?? 49503. Excluded: All office clerical employee, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the act.
