Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Nuclear Security Officers & Alarm Station Operators performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(B)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, working for the Employer at the locations noted in 11D. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: This is an Armour-Globe petition. Teamsters Local 350 represents a bargaining unit of drivers, mechanics and operators employed by Recology South Bay at 1675 Rogers Avenue, San Jose. Teamsters Local 350 petitions for an Armour-Globe election for the Maintenance Clerk to join the existing Teamsters bargaining unit. Excluded: All managers, supervisors, guards as defined in the Act and all other Employees.
