Unit Sought: Included: All full and part-time production and janitorial employees employed by the Employer at the Employer’s McHenry, Illinois facilities. Excluded: All lead persons, sales, maintenance, clerical, supervisory, confidential and managerial employees and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All regular full-time, part-time, and on-call warehouse workers, personal assistants, and stagehands (Magi) including wardrobe, audio, video, lighting, spotlight, props, camera and rigging. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time hourly production, warehouse,quality, and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 15706 W. 147th Street, Lockport, IL Excluded: All salaried employees, engineering employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, professional employees, managerial employees,guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
