Unit Sought: Included: All drivers employed by the Employer operating out of the Employer's facility at 1480 Mountain View Ave., Redlands, CA 92374. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical and confidential employees, guards and Supervisors as defined by the Act, as amended.

Unit Sought: Included: all full-time and regular part-time Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 employees employed by the Employer at its New York offices. Excluded: Managers, confidential employees, guards, supervisors, and all other employees employed by the Employer as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included - All pro re nata (PRN) Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) employed at the Employer’s 7601 Watson facility to be added to the existing unit of employees at the facility represented by SEIU Healthcare MO/KS. Excluded – office clerical, confidential, and professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
