Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time Production Assistants ("PA") including Art Department Production Assistants, Shop Production Assistants, Costume Department Production Assistants, Office Production Assistants, Set Production Assistants, Additional Set Production Assistants, Unit Production Assistants, and Key Set Production Assistants employed by the Employer on the episodic Television production entitled "Dexter Resurrection" at its Sunset Pier 94 Studios Stage 5, New York, New York facility. OTHERS PERMITTED TO VOTE: The parties have agreed that the following employees may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved: Production Secretaries. No decision has been made regarding whether these classifications are included or excluded from the Bargaining unit(s).
