Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time streaming content producers employed by the Employer at its facility in Los Angeles, California Excluded: Employees already represented by a labor organization, and all other employees, guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act. Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time electricians, stockman-drivers and apprentices employed by the Employer from its facility located at 13216 W. 99th Street, Lenexa, Kansas but, EXCLUDING all office clerical employees, professional employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
