Petitioner petitions for a self-determination election allowing employees to decide whether they want to be included in an existing unit of housekeeping department employees, including houseman, housekeeper, and housekeeping supervisor employees employed by the Employer at Thompson Chicago Hotel, 21 E Bellevue Pl, Chicago, IL 60611. Excluded: All other employees not employed in the classifications identified as “Included” in the unit, casual employees, office clerical employees, guards, professional employees, and supervisors, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time employees in the classifications of In-Room Dining (IRD), Minibar, and Cafeteria attendants, who are not currently represented by the Petitioner and are employed by the Employer at its facility located at Thompson Chicago Hotel, 21 E Bellevue Pl, Chicago, IL 60611. Petitioner petitions for a self-determination election allowing employees to decide whether they want to be included in an existing unit of banquet department employees, including banquet captains, banquet servers, and banquet set up employees employed by the Employer at Thompson Chicago Hotel, 21 E Bellevue Pl, Chicago, IL 60611. Excluded: All other employees not employed in the classifications identified as “Included” in the unit, casual employees, office clerical employees, guards, professional employees, and supervisors, as defined by the Act.
