Excluded: All other employees, including project managers, scale clerks, Operator Supervisors, HYPO Supervisors, DEF Supervisors, managers, office clerical employees and guards, and professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Excluded: Managers, confidential employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act. However, The Producing Technical Director and Director of Programs are neither included in nor excluded from the bargaining unit covered by this Certification, inasmuch as the parties did not agree on their inclusion or exclusion but agreed to vote them subject to challenge. Their ballots were not determinative, and thus the parties’ disagreement over their inclusion or exclusion in the unit was not resolved.
