Unit Sought: Included; All full-time and regular part-time Ramp Agents, Ramp Agent Supervisors, Acting Lead Agent, Cabin Cleaners, Cargo Agents, Bagroom Agents, and Operations Employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 5501 Josh Birmingham Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28208. Excluded: All other employees; office clerical employees; guards; confidential employees; managerial employees; and all employees excluded by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and part-time route service, truck drivers, including drivers who report to and/or work out of the Employer’s locations at 1151 Rohlwing Rd., Rolling Meadows, IL and 9604 South Franklin Drive, Franklin, WI; but excluding clericals, guards, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, and also excluding any non-delivery warehouse workers and coffee vending drivers.
