Excluded: All other employees, Marketing Department employees, Development Department employees, employees of KPAC, guards and supervisors defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Refrigeration Service Technicians and HVAC Service Technicians employed by the Employer out of its office currently located at 5075 Clay Ave. SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49548. Excluded: All other employees, professional employees, clericals, guards, supervisors and managerial employees as defined by the Act.
