Unit Sought: The eleven (7) full-time, part-time and casual Behavioral Health Technicians employed by Sanford Health at its medical center located at 120 Labree Ave S, Thief River Falls, MN 56701, seek to be included in the existing bargaining unit of approximately 45 Licensed Practical Nurses and Medical Assistants at the same location, excluding all other employees, including professional employees, managerial employees, guards and Supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time, including per diem, hospitality aides employed by Vassar Brothers Medical Center, residual to the existing collective bargaining unit currently represented by 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Refrigeration Service Technicians and HVAC Service Technicians employed by the Employer out of its office currently located at 5075 Clay Ave. SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49548. Excluded: All other employees, professional employees, clericals, guards, supervisors and managerial employees as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and part time Booksellers, Senior Booksellers, and Lead Booksellers at the Employer's facility located at Sunrise Promenade, 5224 Sunrise Hwy, Massapequa Park, NY 11762 Excluded: All store managers, assistant store managers, deputy assistant store managers, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.
