Voters must return their mail ballots so that they will be received by the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16 Office by 4:45 p.m. CST on Thursday, May 1, 2025. The mail ballots will be commingled with the manual election ballots and counted by the Region 16 Office at 1:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, by videoconference, provided the count can be safely conducted on that date and at the Regional Director’s discretion.
