Excluded: All Assistant Store Managers, General Managers, supervisors, guards, and employees excluded under the National Labor Relations Act or policy of the National Labor Relations Board.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Baristas and Shift Supervisors employed by the Employer at 9965 Coors Bypass NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114. Excluded: All Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, office clericals, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All postdoctoral researchers who provide services to the University of Pennsylvania, including Postdoctoral Researchers, Postdoctoral Fellows, NRSA Postdoctoral Fellows, and Research Associates.
